About us

Mackay Communication Solutions came into existence in 2010, two months after Trudy Mackay project managed and delivered a very successful SABC broadcast centre for the 2010 FIFA world cup at the Sandton convention centre.

We are known for our larger than life, awe inspiring creative concept creation and sterling implementation and pride ourselves in personalising our services by treating each client with original and unique concepts and ideas, we don't cut and paste.

We offer our clients a turnkey solution for all brand communication requirements.

Our team is made up of highly experienced individuals who have multiple and diverse skills and talent with over 15 years experience in the industry.

We undertake turnkey assignments in the form of award shows, advertising campaigns, PR and Publicity campaigns, special projects, management of large scale events, televised events, launches, conferences, and television productions (i.e. Corporate videos, special inserts, special productions).

The objectives were to increasing public awareness about social grants and other available benefits, addressing service delivery challenges by providing on-the-spot solutions, and improving communication between SASSA and beneficiaries. By engaging with communities in remote and underserved areas, the roadshow sought to ensure that all eligible citizens received the support they need, while also gathering valuable feedback to inform future service improvements.

    Co-produced this amazing live television event for SABC Sport on SABC 1, we themed it "Celebrating Sheroes" for the Hollywood Bets Super League Awards evening dedicated to women's soccer players, not just as a catchy phrase; it encapsulates the essence of what made such an event truly exceptional and meaningful. Firstly, it empowers female athletes by recognising them not just as players but as heroes in their own right. These women have overcome challenges, shattered stereotypes, and achieved remarkable feats on the soccer field. The term "sheroes" underscores their strength, resilience, and the inspiration they provide to others.
